Title Search
A title search reveals any outstanding mortgages and determines if there are any unpaid taxes that may be associated with the property before any closing transaction on the real estate is performed.
Title Insurance Rates
As you are aware, title insurance rates are promulgated (set) by the Insurance Department of the State of New Mexico. We are able to give discounts, however, on previous policies if they are not too old. It does not matter who issued your policy! Your policy is good for discounts with any title company.
